We are a modern brunch cafe in Friedrichshain, Berlin. You must be experienced and confident working in professional kitchens. Professional training is preferred but not required if you have confidence in your skills and abilities. You will work with a small team to uphold the standard of flavours and presentation we have set. We want you to take initiative and continue upholding the standards of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Food preparation and upholding quality standards

  • Correct food storage, labelling and organisation 

  • Take direction from head chef and cooperate with kitchen team 

  • Set up and pack down of station

  • Upholding hygiene standards

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude 

  • Occasionally run service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional kitchen

  • Understanding of basic cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

  • Accuracy and speed

  • Excellent communication

  • Team player with a positive and approachable manner

  • No German required
